Ms. Le Thu Ha, born on November 26, 1968 in Ha Noi, Viet Nam, is a senior parliamentary administrator and two-term legislator with over 30 years of experience in parliamentary administration, inter-parliamentary diplomacy, and legislative leadership.

She is dedicated to advancing professionalism, transparency, and institutional

within parliamentary systems, while promoting international dialogue and sustainable development.

Sustainable Development

VietNam’s parliamentary standing on the global stage.
Regular participant and speaker at IPU, AIPA, and APPF forums, consistently
promoting gender equality and women’s political participation, aligned with the
